(I am not a synth guy per se, so please excuse if I do not always use the right terms.)
So far I understand, a voice in Kaivo is a note on a certain midi channel. So, if I play notes on channels 1, 2 and 3, I have three voices, right?
The manual and some postings here say, that every module is voice based, that every voice works with it's own copy of the module. But I can't find an explanation how to access these settings.
How do I tell for example the sequencer or the LFO 2D what to do with each voice?
Ah, I thought voice and MIDI channel were the same. Thank you for the explanation. I don't fully understand it, but I see where my misunderstang was :-)
One thing:
If I have the LFO 2D free-running with a couple of voices, I lose all but one when I start the playback of the DAW (Logic). I have to set the Key module to 1 voice and back to the number I want, then all dots are dancing again. This happens with and without note input and yes, it is also audible. I can manage this by automation in the DAW but I think this does not work as intended. My fault or a bug?
