I just encountered a bug with a patch I made that seems to break Kaivo. When I switch the sequencer from 'int' to 'host' I get a loud pop and lose all sound. Even when switching to a different patch I don't get any sound again. I have to remove the plugin instance and reload to get Kaivo working again. Tested it out in Reaper and Ableton on OS X. Both VST and AU have the same behavior. Here is the patch in question:
