Hello,
I'm trying to get Aalto working with Ardour on OSX - anyone using these applications together successfully?
Aalto.component is in the main directory (not the user directory) in Library/Audio/Plugins/Components. Aalto isn't in the plugin selection window in Ardour, and when I double click Aalto.component I get:
"[ERROR]: Aalto: session state information file "/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Aalto.component/Aalto.ardour" doesn't exist!"
in the Ardour Log.
I can't, so far, find anything on the web describing the path for Ardour plugins on OSX. Finally, I did donate to Ardour when downloading it - apparently you can't use AU plugins in Ardour if you haven't...
